It’s Christmas at Wycherley’s Department Store!
Tina and Sara don’t think they’re going to get anything this year, meanwhile Little Pam is organising a Secret Santa, much to the annoyance of Karen – who did it the previous year before the disappearance of the infamous 25 festive gravy boats.
Sharon’s attempts at organising the staff’s Christmas Uniforms goes awry and Angela decides she too wants to do a Secret Santa – only her version involves making things – which is ideal for John.
We move along towards Christmas Eve where customers are frantically buying gifts and Tina still doesn’t know what to get Robert for Christmas. Sandra and Sylvia are desperate for a fag and John wants to know what he’s got in his Secret Santa to see if it’s ideal for regifting to his wife.
Meanwhile Lynda is obsessed with Christmas, much to the annoyance of Barry and Carol, and hopes she’ll get something nice from the Secret Santa.
