ATTENTION AMATEUR THEATRE PEOPLE
We’re holding AUDITIONS!!!!

Marde Hen are delighted to announce that we’re heading back to the stage for a brand new show in January 2027! (With more to come in the future)

We’re looking for versatile actors to play multiple roles across 2 festive plays written by Jeannie Jordan & Stephen Lee Rees.

If you’d like to get involved please come along and audition on the following days mentioned below. (You don’t need to learn a monologue) However, if you’d like to get involved backstage and help bring this show to life then please come along, you’d be very welcome.

Auditions will be held at The Strutts Centre, Belper at 7.30pm on Monday 24th August and Wednesday 2nd September. Rehearsals shall be twice a week, Monday – Thursday (Days to be confirmed upon availability)

The performance will be at Derby Shakespeare House, January 21st – 23rd 2027. You’ll be required to attend tech rehearsals there Sunday 17th & Monday 18th.
